Amazing how burger places nowadays look so furnished.  Initially, I thought this place was like Hero Burger, Smokes Burger etc. and was very impressed when I realized that it was like a Hero Burger X Harvey's where you can choose your toppings.  In addition, South. St. Burger served New York Fries so I think it really beats a lot of its competitors.  In terms of the burger, the patty itself is quite similar to Hero or Smokes, thick, juicy, and a strong grilled flavor.  The choice of different toppings (like Cajun onion, honey horseradish etc) did make it taste more interesting and you could choose either whole wheat or white bread (the bread wasn't toasted, so thats a minus). Although the fries was suppose to be NY fries, but it didn't have the skin like the usual NY fries and it tasted a little different.  Neverless, it still tasted very good.  However, the gravy for the poutine was a little to thick, and the cheese curds were totally not melted which was somewhat disappointing.  Overall, the meal was decent, but nothing too memorable.
