I remember Wildfire was one of the rare restaurants participating in summerlicious / winterlicious that actually leaves customers feeling full after the meal.  The portions are very well sized but if you come on a regular occasion (no specials / coupons etc.) it could be quite pricey.  Usually we're here for the steaks, but forgot to take pictures so we'll post some next time we visit.  The steaks are always thick, juicy, tender, and are always cooked to your request (and I think they are charcoal grilled).

During this particular visit, we've tried the seafood platter which was on promotion, and it included calamari, cod and trout I believe.  For the price, it was definitely a great deal and the food was delicious.  The second dish we shared was the ribs (which was suppose to be very famous?).  The ribs were meaty, tender and the BBQ sauce was good but I didn't think it was AMAZING.  The fries on the other hand was impressive.  Not sure why, but we just couldn't stop eating them.  Although this place is known to have the largest collection of wine (yes, they seem to have a really think book for wine list), but we've never tried them.  The service varies from visits, but generally the servers were courteous and professional.  We would definitely recommend this restaurant especially their steak!
